We are looking for a skilled Senior ReactJS Developer with 4-6 years of experience in software development, including strong hands-on experience with ReactJS. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone passionate about building robust, scalable front-end applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to drive product development from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• ReactJS Development: Develop complex, high-performance applications using ReactJS and associated libraries, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and code efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work alongside designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement features that deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Architecture & Design: Contribute to front-end architecture, using best practices to build modular, reusable components and ensure maintainable code.
• Code Quality: Write clean, high-quality, and well-documented code, following established coding standards and best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications are optimized for speed and scalability.
• Testing: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Learning & Innovation: Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and continuously improve your skill set, suggesting innovative approaches to improve the product.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in ReactJS.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6, TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.), RESTful APIs, and version control (Git).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex issues.
• Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and explain technical concepts clearly.
