This statement explains that EHRYourWay has been officially tested and certified under the ONC Health IT Certification Program, which means it meets federal standards for electronic health record (EHR) systems used by healthcare providers in the United States.
Certification ensures our software can securely store, exchange, and manage patient data in compliance with national regulations. It also confirms that EHRYourWay includes the required Standardized API for Patient and Population Services, so patients and authorized applications can securely access their health information.
This EHRYourWay IT Module is compliant with the ONC Health IT Certification Program and has been certified by an ONC-Authorized Certification Body (SLI Compliance) in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

There are no additional fees or technical limitations that would prevent an end user from implementing, connecting, or exchanging health information in accordance with ONC certification criteria.
Access to the standardized API for patient and population services (§170.315(g)(10)) is included as part of the certified product.
Implementation, configuration, or data migration services may incur standard professional service fees, as outlined in customer agreements.
