We're seeking an experienced QA leader to establish and enhance our quality assurance operations. You'll implement comprehensive QA processes, ensure consistent test documentation, review test strategies, and configure technical governance in Azure DevOps. This hands-on leadership role requires someone passionate about quality standards who can develop team capabilities while maintaining high testing standards. You'll have full authority to implement industry best practices, modern QA tools, and quality gates. Responsibilities:

Process & Standards:
- Implement comprehensive test case documentation standards
- Review and approve test plans to ensure coverage
- Establish QA best practices and methodologies
- Create standardized test case templates and guidelines
- Ensure comprehensive testing including edge cases
- Monitor adherence to QA processes
- Conduct test case review and training sessions
- Identify and address quality gaps proactively
Azure DevOps Configuration:
- Configure branch policies and testing workflows
- Set up quality gates and approval processes
- Implement Azure Test Plans for test case management
- Create automated workflows for QA sign-off
- Build dashboards showing test coverage and metrics
- Configure work item rules and mandatory fields
- Establish traceability from requirements to test cases
Team Development:
- Train QA team on comprehensive test case design
- Teach boundary testing and scenario analysis
- Lead daily stand-ups focused on quality objectives
- Provide constructive feedback on test strategies
- Create professional development plans for team members
- Build a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Requirements:

7+ years in QA with 3+ years in leadership roles
Experience building and scaling QA processes
Proven success implementing QA methodologies
Strong Azure DevOps administration knowledge
Experience establishing quality standards
Knowledge of test case management tools
Understanding of QA best practices and industry standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with commitment to quality
Experience managing distributed teams

Will be a plus:

Healthcare/EHR testing experience
Experience managing teams in India
ISTQB or similar certifications
Azure DevOps certification
Experience in regulated industries
ISO or CMMI process implementation
Change management experience
Six Sigma or process improvement background
