We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard new behavioral health practices onto our EHR platform. You'll configure the software for each practice's unique workflows, migrate their data, train their staff, and ensure successful go-live. This role requires someone who can understand complex healthcare workflows, translate customer needs into system configurations, and patiently guide non-technical users through learning a comprehensive EHR system. You'll work with practices ranging from solo providers to 50+ clinician organizations, each with unique billing rules, forms, and workflows. Responsibilities:

Configure EHR modules for new customers including billing rules, fee schedules, and clinical forms
Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand practice workflows
Set up insurance payers, CPT codes, modifiers, and billing configurations
Migrate historical patient data from legacy systems or spreadsheets
Create custom forms, assessments, and treatment plans per practice needs
Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings
Conduct virtual training sessions for providers and administrative staff
Support practices during their first week of go-live
Document customer configurations and special requirements
Troubleshoot issues during implementation phase
Coordinate with product team for customer-specific customizations
Create practice-specific training materials and quick reference guides
Ensure practices meet compliance requirements in system setup
Hand off completed implementations to customer success team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
2+ years in software implementation, customer service, or healthcare operations
Strong attention to detail for complex configurations
Excellent English communication skills for US customer interaction
Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Patient and empathetic approach to training non-technical users
Problem-solving skills for unique customer requirements
Experience with virtual meeting and screen-sharing tools
Ability to work US hours (night shift in India)
Strong documentation and organizational skills

Will be a plus:

Healthcare industry experience, especially mental health or billing
Knowledge of US insurance and billing processes
Experience with EHR/EMR systems
Understanding of CPT codes and medical billing
SQL knowledge for data migration
Experience training healthcare providers
Project management skills
Technical troubleshooting abilities
