Responsibilities:

Execute manual test cases for new features and bug fixes
Learn and test healthcare workflows including claims, scheduling, and clinical documentation
Document and report bugs with clear reproduction steps
Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
Create and maintain test documentation and test data
Learn our EHR modules including billing rules, insurance requirements, and clinical workflows
Participate in sprint planning and daily standups
Collaborate with developers to understand feature requirements
Test across different browsers and environments
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
Learn basic automation concepts and tools over time

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Basic computer skills and understanding of web applications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to follow test plans and document findings clearly
Curious mindset with desire to learn healthcare domain
Patient and methodical approach to testing
Ability to work in India time zones with some US overlap
Team player who asks questions when uncertain

Will be a plus:

Any exposure to software testing or QA concepts
Basic knowledge of SQL for data verification
Understanding of healthcare, insurance, or medical billing
Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
Any scripting or programming knowledge
ISTQB certification or QA coursework
Customer service or support experience
Detail-oriented hobbies (accounting, data entry, proofreading)
