We're seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to own all marketing initiatives for our behavioral health EHR platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage our website, create content, drive SEO, and support sales enablement. You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire, responsible for building our marketing foundation while executing daily marketing activities. The ideal candidate understands B2B healthcare marketing, can write compelling content about complex software, and knows how to generate qualified leads for enterprise sales. Perfect for a marketing generalist who wants ownership of an entire marketing function and can balance strategic planning with tactical execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize company website for conversion
  • Write weekly blog posts on behavioral health and EHR topics
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic
  • Optimize content for AI search and featured snippets
  • Create sales collateral and presentation materials
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Develop case studies and customer success stories
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual events
  • Manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Create product marketing materials for new features
  • Track and report marketing metrics and ROI
  • Support sales team with marketing qualified leads
  • Manage marketing technology stack
  • Coordinate with product team on release communications
  • Develop and manage marketing budget
  • Plan and execute conference participation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS
  • Strong content writing and editing skills
  • Experience with website management (WordPress or similar)
  • Proven SEO and SEM experience
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics and marketing metrics
  • Ability to write about technical topics clearly
  • Self-directed with strong project management skills
  • Creative and analytical mindset

Will be a plus:

  • Healthcare technology marketing experience
  • Knowledge of behavioral health market
  • Experience marketing to medical practices
  • Understanding of EHR/practice management software
  • Demand generation experience
  • ABM (account-based marketing) experience
  • Design skills (Canva, Adobe)
  • Video creation and editing
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience
  • Experience as solo marketer
