We're seeking a Solutions Specialist to provide consultative support to existing customers, helping them optimize their use of our behavioral health EHR platform. You'll work with practices to solve complex workflow challenges, configure advanced features, and ensure they're maximizing their ROI. This role goes beyond basic support - you'll analyze practice operations, recommend best practices, and configure sophisticated billing rules, clinical workflows, and reporting solutions. You'll become a trusted advisor to practices, understanding their unique challenges and crafting solutions using our platform's capabilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative guidance to existing customers on platform optimization
- Analyze practice workflows and recommend system configurations
- Configure complex billing rules, fee schedules, and payer requirements
- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards
- Train customers on advanced features and best practices
- Solve complex integration and workflow challenges
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts
- Create custom forms, templates, and assessments
- Optimize system performance for large practices
- Collaborate with product team on enhancement requests
- Document customer-specific configurations and workarounds
- Provide expertise on regulatory compliance and billing requirements
- Lead webinars on advanced platform features
- Mentor junior implementation and support staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years in solutions consulting, implementation, or support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of software configuration
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with complex customer engagements
- Strong documentation skills
- US hours availability (night shift)
- Customer-focused mindset
Will be a plus:
- Healthcare industry expertise, especially behavioral health
- Knowledge of US billing, insurance, and claims processing
- Experience with EHR/Practice Management systems
- SQL skills for data analysis
- Understanding of HL7/FHIR integration
